  • 8-week training split. 2x a week upper body and 3x a week lower body
  • Days/weeks of workouts listed out.
  • This program is repeated for 8 weeks for the best results!
WHAT YOU NEED:

Gym Acess or Dumbbells/Resistance Bands (some workouts require gym equipment or barbells, however, if you do not have access to either please send me a DM on Instagram & I would be happy to give you a substitution!)
