SUMMER SHRED 12 WEEK GUIDE

The Summer Shred Challenge workout program by Madi Ditler Fit will help you look FAB in time for SUMMER! You will also understand the process of cutting, counting macros, caloric deficit, & receive tips for weight loss. 

This is a 12 week-long at-home workout program (90 days) with 3x a week focused on lower body workouts & 2x a week focused on upper body workouts. The days and weeks of workouts are listed out in an easy-to-understand format. These workouts are repeated for 12 weeks for the best results!

The guide will give you:
  • Madi's current workout split for cutting
  • Understanding of the process of cutting and counting macros
  • Understanding of the process of caloric deficit
  • Tips for weight loss

WHAT YOU NEED: Gym Access or Dumbbells (some workouts require gym equipment or barbells, however, if you do not have access to either please send me a dm on Instagram & I would be happy to give you a substitution!)
