My fitness journey began in January of 2019. It was the 2nd semester of my Freshman year in college. When I first moved to college, I became extremely depressed and gained weight.
I hit my lowest point... sleeping until 2pm, no motivation, no friends, and eating unhealthy every single day. After having countless family members and close friends reach out to me, I noticed that I needed to make a change for myself. I found the gym shortly after, and the rest is history. I fell in love with the process and found a passion for fitness.
I began to share my fitness journey through my Instagram page, where I shared workout videos, transformation pictures, and nutrition-related content. I have gone from 148lbs to 127lbs from January 2019 - June 2020.
