About Madi

My fitness journey began in January of 2019. It was the 2nd semester of my Freshman year in college. When I first moved to college, I became extremely depressed and gained weight. 

I hit my lowest point... sleeping until 2pm, no motivation, no friends, and eating unhealthy every single day. After having countless family members and close friends reach out to me, I noticed that I needed to make a change for myself. I found the gym shortly after, and the rest is history. I fell in love with the process and found a passion for fitness. 

I began to share my fitness journey through my Instagram page, where I shared workout videos, transformation pictures, and nutrition-related content. I have gone from 148lbs to 127lbs from January 2019 - June 2020. 

Now, I am a certified personal trainer and founder of Madi Ditler Fit. 

My goal is to inspire, motivate and help other women achieve their goals, fitness journey and conquer every obstacle along the way.
