This is a 12 week-long at-home workout program (90 days) with 3x a week focused on lower body workouts & 2x a week focused on upper body workouts. The days and weeks of workouts are listed out in an easy-to-understand format. These workouts are repeated for 12 weeks for the best results!
WHAT YOU NEED: Gym Access or Dumbbells (some workouts require gym equipment or barbells, however, if you do not have access to either please send me a dm on Instagram & I would be happy to give you a substitution!)
