Summer Shred Challenge

The guide includes:

WHAT YOU NEED: Gym Acess or Dumbbells (some workouts require gym equipment or barbells, however, if you do not have access to either please send me a dm on Instagram & I would be happy to give you a substitution!)

Most of these workouts can be done with dumbbells or done at home with resistance bands

My current workout split for cutting

- This guide will help you understand the process of cutting, counting macros, caloric deficit, & tips for weight loss. 

- 3x a week lower body workouts & 2x a week upper body workouts

- Days/weeks of workouts listed out

- 12 week-long program (90 days) 

- The workouts are repeated for 12 weeks for the best results!
